For Odysseus AI installation and troubleshooting
If you are stuck installing Odysseus AI, getting Docker to work, connecting Ollama or figuring out model providers, use the setup request form on our homepage.
Before you send
Have your operating system, Docker version (if used), the exact command that failed and the first error line ready. Screenshots help but text logs are faster to read. Never send passwords or API keys.

| Page correction | The URL of the page, the specific claim that is wrong and a link to the official source that shows the correct information. |
| Privacy request | Whether you want to see, fix or delete your support data. Send from the same email address you used in the form. See our Privacy Policy for details. |
| Refund request | Your order email, the Stripe receipt ID, which service you bought and whether work has started. See our Refund Policy for the full process. |
| Terms / legal | Questions about our Terms of Service or other policies. We do not provide legal advice. |
| Security report | If you find a security issue with this site (not with Odysseus AI itself), email us with the details. Do not test the live site without permission. |

We are not the Odysseus AI development team. For bug reports, feature requests or code questions about the Odysseus project itself, open an issue on the official GitHub repository.
Never share secrets
Do not put passwords, API keys, SSH keys, private tokens, access codes, full email inbox contents or confidential documents in the form or in email. If a secret ends up in a message, rotate it immediately.
