This page explains what data we collect, how we use it and your choices about it. No hidden tracking. We never sell your personal information.
At a glance
OdysseusAI.net is an independent setup guide. We only ask for the minimum needed to answer your question or deliver a service you paid for.
When you fill out the setup help form, you give us your name, email address, operating system, issue type, budget range and message. That is the only personal data you actively send us. We never ask for passwords, API keys or private tokens — never send those through the form.
If you buy a setup service, Stripe handles the payment. We get your email, the amount paid and a transaction ID. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe has its own privacy policy for payment data.
We run Plausible (through click.pageview.click) and Google Analytics to see which pages get read and where visitors come from. Neither tool identifies you personally. Plausible does not use cookies. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies — see our Cookie Policy for the full list.
When you email [email protected], we see your address and message. We use it only to reply to you. We do not add it to marketing lists without asking first. ZeptoMail and Feishu/Lark handle email delivery for us.

This site displays ads through Google AdSense. AdSense uses cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on sites you have visited before.

Data handling
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Data is shared only with the tools that keep this site running.
Support form entries and emails stay as long as needed to resolve your case, plus extra time for tax records, fraud checks and legal obligations.
Cloudflare hosts and secures the site. Stripe handles payments. ZeptoMail and Feishu/Lark handle email. Google runs analytics and ads. Plausible runs anonymous analytics. Each has its own privacy policy.
Never send passwords, API keys, SSH keys or private documents through our form or email. If you accidentally send a secret, change it right away and tell us so we can delete the message.
This site is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you think a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see what support data we have on you, fix errors in it or ask us to delete it — within the limits of what tax and legal rules require us to keep.
